Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides assistance to the Association Managers and our Associations. An Administrative Assistant provides internal as well as external customer service. Some but, not all of the areas of operation that may be included are: association board meeting and annual meeting administration, association amenities administration to include the issuance of pool keys, data and file maintenance, correspondence, word processing, excel spreadsheets, architectural modification request processing, supply management and some mail processing or distribution.

Our ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be detailed-oriented with ability to multi-task. Computer skills and a 'can do' attitude area must. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, and at least one year of related administrative experience and/or training. Some night meetings may be required.

Must have excellent customer service skills including proper phone etiquette and candidate must have the ability to work with vendors, resourcefulness, and the ability to meet concurrent deadlines.

The right candidate should have a basic knowledge of accounting procedures including billing and collections, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
